05 Bringing Project Lessons to Next Project or Phase

Have you just completed one project and are starting on the next? Perhaps you are scoping up a potential idea while finishing off another project, or have heard of some lessons or insights from previous work that you could use. Whatever your situation, you could consider some of the following steps to help you incorporate previous lessons and results into your new work:

• Review the context, including past work
• Consider what processes would most effectively support your desired outcomes, drawing on literature and past experience.
